With the recent snow and drop in temperature the Public Works crew has been picking up leaves with loaders and dump trucks. This service cannot be provided when parked vehicles are blocking leaf piles. It is imperative that residents follow the alternate side parking regulation which requires that vehicles park on the EVEN side of the street on EVEN calendar days; and park on the ODD side of the street on ODD calendar days. Doing so will make leaf collection much more thorough and efficient. Police will be issuing parking citations for vehicles that do not follow the rules.
