Architectural Review Committee
The Architectural Review Standards are designed to protect and maintain the character of Whitefish, and the Architectural Review Committee is charged with reviewing these standards for commercial, industrial or public buildings, or duplex/townhouse or greater residential projects in city limits.

Climate Action Plan Standing Committee
The Climate Action Plan Standing Committee was created to assist in the implementation of the Whitefish Climate Action Plan by establishing a working timeline for implementation, recommending actions and budget priorities to the City Council or City management, tracking progress towards the Plan's goals, updating the greenhouse gas inventory, and updating the plan.

Fire Service Area
The Whitefish Fire Service Area was established pursuant to Montana Code Annotated Title 7 - Local Government, Chapter 33 - Fire Protection, Part 24 - Fire Service Areas for approximately 86 square miles of the unincorporated area surrounding the City of Whitefish.

Impact Fee Advisory Committee
The committee shall serve in an advisory capacity to the city council.

Lakeshore Protection Committee
The Whitefish Lake and Lakeshore Protection Committee was established as a special planning board to review and comment on proposed activities within the jurisdiction of the Whitefish Lake and Lakeshore Protection Regulations.
