Ownership Project
- A 12-lot single family subdivision equals 2.4 homes deed restricted for purchase and ownership by households qualifying through the Legacy Homes Program
- 2 units deed restricted and a Fee in Lieu (PDF) must be paid for the 0.4 of a unit using the fractional rate
Rental Project
- A 36-unit apartment project equals 7.2 units deed restricted for households qualifying through the Legacy Homes Program
- 7 units must be deed restricted and a Fee in Lieu (PDF) must be paid for the 0.2 of a unit using the fractional rate
