  • Short-term rental, sometimes referred to as a vacation rental, is the rental of a residential unit for less than 30 consecutive days.  Short-term rentals are only permitted in certain areas of our community (map).  Properties eligible for short-term rentals are required to obtained a short-term rental permit and a business license.  If you have any questions, please call our office at 406-863-2410.
