Planned Unit Development Zoning Overlay Code Re-Write: The public review draft put together by the PUD Steering Committee is complete and will be reviewed at the May 18th Planning Board meeting in a workshop at 6 pm. Short-term rental, sometimes referred to as a vacation rental, is the rental of a residential unit for less than 30 consecutive days. Short-term rentals are only permitted in certain areas of our community (map). Properties eligible for short-term rentals are required to obtained a short-term rental permit and a business license.
